    Entitlement-aware answers

    Navigator reads the user's plan and role before responding. A free-plan user asking about live broker delegation gets a truthful answer about what their plan does and doesn't include, not a hallucinated walkthrough. Admin and super-admin users bypass tier gates after passing an MFA gate enforced server-side.

    Hand-off to features
